News SOCIETY WATCH FOLLOWING FOR YOU; In 2023 election, Munya Local Government is the only Local Government, His Excellency Umaru Mohammed Bago did not win in Nine (9) Local Governments of Niger-East Senatorial District of Niger State.
At that time, communities in Five (5)) out of Eleven (11) political wards were deserted because of banditry.
In just two years of his assumption to office, Farmer Governor has not only returned life to these communities where people now live, go to the markets, and go to their farms without fear of unknown, but has also turned this millieu once overtaken by death into a palm frond that flourishes and luxuriates amidst thorns with infrastructure.
Today, he made the Local Government to be the first place to commission his road projects after returning relative peace to the Local Government.
