Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has sparked excitement across the Christian community after donating seven brand-new 18-seater hybrid CNG buses to the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN). The grand unveiling took place during the YOWICAN National Convention at the National Christian Centre, Abuja.
Belusochukwu Enwere, the national chairman of YOWICAN, couldn’t hide his joy while praising the First Lady’s “remarkable gesture of empowerment and faith in the youth.”

Themed “Shine Bright: Reflecting God’s Glory”, the convention drew inspiration from Matthew 5:16, urging Christian youths to rise as beacons of hope in a world clouded by uncertainty and moral decline.
“In a world shrouded in darkness… we, the youth of Christ’s body, are called to be vessels of divine light,” Enwere declared, celebrating the donation as fuel for stronger evangelism and national unity.
The buses are expected to boost mobility for Christian youth outreach across Nigeria, turning faith into action on wheels.
